A high quality recycled washed, soft sand. It is conventionally used for blinding & general fill, used by civil engineers, gas, water & electric utility contractors as a pipe/cable bedding.  

The soft product can be used as an alternative building sand or it is also blended with our quality topsoils to create a Grade 1B sandy loam product ideal for landscaping as a free draining, high quality topsoil.

The appointing authority shall be Setld Ltd. The place of arbitration shall be London, England, The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
